El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar un relato de experiencia sobre una conferencia-taller, realizada con futuros profesores de matemáticas de una universidad estatal del sur de Brasil, sobre el uso del recurso video grabación de las clases como una herramienta que sirve de apoyo al desarrollo de la reflexión sobre la práctica docente. Para ello, en la conferencia-taller, el grupo de ocho futuros profesores analizó un recorte de un episodio de clase de geometría video grabada, implementada en Chile en un contexto de Lesson Study.
