This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of trust, security, and ease of decision making through interest as an intervening variable on the use of BSI Mobile. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection using a questionnaire with a sampling technique using purposive sampling of 100 BSI customers who use BSI Mobile and are domiciled in Bekasi City. The data analysis technique uses path analysis to examine the direct and indirect effects of the independent variable on the dependent variable through the intervening variable.
