Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to analyze record management in Finance Sub Department of Kantor Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan. Research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through library research, observation and interview. The result indicated that record management has not fully implemented properly because several obstacles, namely lack of understanding of important archive, absence of archivist and record shrink has not been implemented properly. Therefore, archive development, archivist and archive retention schedule are needed to create an orderly archive in archive creator environment. Key Words: Archive, Record, Record Managemen
