Introduction: The condition that appears in patients who have had a stroke is cognitive impairment. Cognitive impairment can worsen the condition of stroke patients so that it can slow down the recovery process and have a high risk of disability. This study aims to analyze the correlation between cognitive impairment and the level of disability in post-stroke patients. Methods: This study uses a correlational analytical design with a cross sectional technique design with a population of 70 participants and a sampling technique using consecutive sampling obtained a sample of 64 participants.
