Empirical Study on Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014 - 2019

90 HalamanTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh investment opportunity set dan earning per share terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Property and Real Estate yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Selama periode 2014-2019 yang berjumlah 54 perusahaan terdaftar. Sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, diperoleh sebanyak 14 sampel perusahaan dikalikan selama 6 tahun menjadi 84 data perusahaan, Data yang dipakai adalah data sekunder yang diakses melalui situs idx.co.id, saham ok dan situs resmi masing-masing perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa investment opportunity set yang diukur dengan MVBVA menunjukkan pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan earning per share berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of investment opportunity set and earning per share on firm value in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. During the 2014-2019 period, a total of 54 companies were registered. The sample used was purposive sampling. Based on predetermined criteria, a total of 14 sample companies were obtained multiplied over 6 years into 84 company data. The data used are secondary data accessed through the idx.co.id website, ok stocks and the official website of each company. The method used is multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the investment opportunity set as measured by MVBVA shows a significant positive effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, earnings per share has no significant positive effect on Firm Value
