Effect of Benefits, Ease of Use and Risks on Use of Mobile Banking at Bank Sumut Syariah Ringroad Medan

84 HalamanThis study aims to examine whether there is an effect of Benefits, Ease of Use, and Risks on the Use of Mobile Banking at Bank Sumut Syariah Ringroad Branch. The population used in this research is the customer of Bank Sumut Syariah ringroad branch. The number of samples used is 100 respondents. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23 application. Based on the results of the t test for the benefit variable, the value of > . of 2.856 > 1.660 and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.1, the benefit variable has an effect on the variable of using mobile banking. Ease of use has a test result of 3.280 > 1.660 and a significant 0.001 <0.1 then the ease of use variable affects the variable of mobile banking use. The risk has a test result of 1.483 < of 1.660 and a significant value of 0.141 > 0.1 so that the risk variable has no effect on the use of mobile banking. Based on the F test, the calculated is 32.128 and the value is obtained. 2.14 and the significance is 0.000. < 0.1. So the benefits, ease of use and risk simultaneously have an influence on the use of mobile banking. The value of determination (2) is 0.485, so the use of mobile banking is influenced by benefits, ease of use, and risks of 48.5% while the remaining 51.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada Pengaruh Manfaat, Kemudahan Penggunaan, dan Risiko terhadap Penggunaan Mobile Banking pada Bank Sumut Syariah Cabang Ringroad. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank Sumut Syariah cabang ringroad. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 23. Berdasarkan hasil uji t untuk variabel manfaat diperoleh nilai ℎ > . sebesar 2,856>1,660 dan signifikansi bernilai 0,005<0,1 maka variabel manfaat berpengaruh terhadap variabel penggunaan mobile banking. Kemudahan penggunaan memiliki hasil uji ℎ sebesar 3,280> 1,660 dan signifikan sebesar 0,001<0,1 maka variabel kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap variabel penggunaan mobile banking. Risiko memiliki hasil uji ℎ sebesar 1,483< sebesar 1,660 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,141>0,1 sehingga variabel risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan mobile banking.
