119 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan produksi divisi margarin. Komitmen organisasi adalah sikap pegawai untuk tetap berada dalam organisasi dan terlibat dalam upaya-upaya mencapai misi, nilai-nilai dan tujuan instansi, sedangkan kepuasan kerja adalah perasaan atau penilaian seseorang atas pekerjaannya sesuai dengan ganjaran yang diterimanya yang muncul berdasarkan sikap positif (menyenangkan) atau negatif (tidak menyenangkan) dari individu.
