Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) merupakan rasio yang mengukur seberapa besar aset perusahaan dapat menanggung hutang yang dimiliki korporasi tersebut. Sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) merupakan rasio keuangan yang membandingkan jumlah hutang dengan ekuitas. Dan Return on Equity Ratio (ROE) merupakan rasio yang menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba bersih dengan menggunakan modal sendiri dan menghasilkan laba bersih yang tersedia bagi pemilik atau investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Struktur Modal (Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio) dan Profitabilitas (Return on Equity Ratio) Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Lembaga Pembiayaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yang merupakan pendekatan dengan menggunakan dua atau lebih variabel guna mengetahui hubungan atau pengaruh yang satu dengan yang lain. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor lembaga pembiayaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015 – 2019 sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan judgment sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel DAR secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Variabel DER secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Dan variabel ROE secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Serta berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan besarnya nilai Adjusted R-squared dalam model regresi sebesar 0,88 atau 88% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 12 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. This type of research is an associative, which is an approach using two or more variables to determine the relationship or influence of one another. In this study using secondary data. The population in this study is the financial institutions sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015 - 2019 as many as 16 companies. The sample used in this study were 11 companies that met the criteria. By using a sampling technique based on judgment sampling. The results of this study indicate that the DAR variable partially does not have a significant effect on stock prices. The DER variable partially has a significant effect on stock prices. And the ROE variable partially has a significant effect on stock prices. And based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the Adjusted R-squared value in the regression model is 0.88 or 88%, while the remaining 12% is influenced by other factors outside the model
