59 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan menggambarkan proses Pembangunan Infrastuktur Desa di Desa Parbuluan VI, Kab.Dairi, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemamfaatan Alokasi Dana Desa dalam meningkatkan pembangunan di Desa Parbuluan VI , Kab.Dairi serta untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemanfaatan alokasi dana desa dalam pembangunan di Desa Parbuluan VI, Kab. Dairi. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis data yang berasal dari hasil wawancara serta analisis dokumen terkait untuk anggaran serta efektivitas pada realisasi pembangunan infrastruktur. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Parbuluan VI, Kecamatan Parbuluan, Kabupaten Dairi, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan infrastruktur sudah dikategorikan sudah efektif, dikarenakan masih terdapat sebagian anggaran yang masih belum terealisasi sepenuhnya. This study aims to identify and describe the process of Village Infrastructure Development in Parbuluan VI Village, Dairi Regency, this study also aims to describe how the use of Village Fund Allocations in improving development in Parbuluan VI Village, Dairi Regency and to determine the effectiveness of the utilization of village fund allocations under construction in Parbuluan VI Village, Kab. Dairi. The methodology used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach, with data analysis techniques derived from interviews and analysis of related documents for the budget and effectiveness in the realization of infrastructure development. The location of this research was carried out in Parbuluan VI Village, Parbuluan District, Dairi Regency, North Sumatra Province. The results of this study indicate that infrastructure development has been categorized as quite effective, because there is still a budget that has not been fully realized
