Correlation Self-Confidence With Anxiety Facing Menopause In Desa Laut Dendang Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara

100 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan diri dengan kecemasan menghadapi menopause. Kecemasan menghadapi menopouse adalah perasaan cemas menjelang berakhirnya era reproduksi yang berarti berhentinya nafsu seksual dan fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kuantitatif Korelasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen Kepercayaan Diri dan Kecemasan dengan model skala Likert. Tekhnik Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis dengan r = 0,602 > 0,349 dengan arah negatif dan koefisien signifikansi p = 0,000 0,349 with a negative direction and a significance coefficient of p = 0,000 < 0,050 proves that there is a negative relationship between self-confidence and anxiety facing menopause in Laut Dendang Village. Another result obtained from this study is that the self-confidence of women in Laut Dendang Village is indicated to be high with an empirical mean score of 216,73 and a hypothetical average value of 176, while women's anxiety in facing menopause is indicated to be low with an average value of 176. The empirical results obtained are 79,47 and the hypothetical average value is 110. The effective contribution of self-confidence to anxiety is r2 = 0,363 by 36,3% and the other 63,7% is influenced by other factors such as, physical, unusual circumstances and cannot be controlled, understanding and egocentrism
