81 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produksi, harga, kurs (nilai tukar) serta penjualan pesaing terhadap penjualan SIR-10 di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif berupa data sekunder runtun waktu (time series). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Direksi PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Jalan Sei Batang Hari No. 02 Medan, Sumatera Utara. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah mengambil data dari sumber di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2019, setiap bulan. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan untuk membuktikan kebenaran adalah dengan metode kuantitatif, metode asumsi klasik dan metode regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa korelasi atau hubungan penjualan karet (variabel dependen) dengan produksi, harga, kurs dan penjualan pesaing (variabel independen) mempunyai hubungan yang cukup erat, yaitu sebesar 64,0% Besarnya pengaruh variabel independen produk, harga, kurs dan penjualan pesaing terhadap variabel dependen yaitu penjualan karet ditunjukkan oleh nilai Adjust R Square sebesar 0,640, artinya variabel produk, harga, kurs dan penjualan pesaing berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 64,0% sisanya sebesar 36,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the effect of production, price, exchange rate (exchange rate) and the sales of competitors to SIR-10 sales at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). This type of research is quantitative research in the form of secondary data time series (time series). This research was conducted at the Office of the Board of Directors of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Jalan Sei Batang Hari No. 02 Medan, North Sumatra. The data collection method used is to retrieve data from sources at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), from 2015 to 2019, every month. Data analysis techniques used to prove the truth are quantitative methods, classical assumption methods and regression methods. The results showed that the correlation or relationship between rubber sales (dependent variable) and competitors' products, prices, exchange rates and sales (independent variables) had a fairly close relationship, namely 64.0%. The dependent variable, namely rubber sales, is indicated by the Adjust R Square value of 0.640, which means that the product, price, exchange rate and competitor sales variables have an effect on firm value by 64.0%, the remaining 36.0% is influenced by other factors not included in this research
