Analisis Ketahanan Pangan Rumah Tangga Tani Padi (Studi Kasus: Desa Melati II, Kecamatan Perbaungan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai)

Ketahanan pangan merupakan suatu wujud dimana masyarakat mempunyai pangan yang cukup ditingkat wilayah dan juga masing-masing rumah tangga, serta mampu mengakses pangan dengan cukup untuk semua anggota keluarga, sehingga mereka dapat hidup sehat dan bekerja secara prouktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar rumah tangga tani padi tahan pangan dan melihat faktor apa yang mempengaruhi tingkat ketahanan pangan rumah tangga tani padi. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive, yakni menentukan sampel yang diambil adalah unit rumah tangga petani padi dengan sebanyak 30 sampel. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu Harga minyak goreng, Harga telur, Harga tempe, Harga ayam, Harga tahu, Harga gula pasir, Harga mie instan, Pendapatan usaha tani padi, Pendapatan non usaha tani padi, dan Jumlah anggota keluarga.Food security is a form in which the community has sufficient food at the regional level as well as each household, and is able to access food adequately for all family members, so that they can live a healthy life and work proactively. This study aims to see how much rice farming households are food resistant and see what factors influence the level of household food security in rice farmers. Samples were taken by purposive method, which determines the sample taken is a rice farmer household unit with 30 samples. The method used is multiple linear regression. The variables studied were the price of cooking oil, the price of eggs, the price of tempeh, the price of chicken, the price of tofu, the price of sugar, the price of instant noodles, the income of rice farming, non-rice farming income, and the number of family members
