Add to ORKG59 HalamanUndang undang nomor 12 tahun 2006 tentang kewarganegaraan, tidka menyebutkan hak dankewajiban hukum anak, tetapi secara tersirat anak dibawah umur dari hasil perkawinan campuran yang dilahirkan di indonesia berhak memiliki kewarganegaraan republik indonesia untuk menjamin kepastian perlindungan hukum anak. Masalah yang dihadapi anak hasil perkawinan campuran adalah memiliki status kewarganegaraa
