The Effect of Accounting Information Systems Application and Task Complexity on Employee Performance at PT. Raja Beach Garden Pekanbaru

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji apakah Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Kompleksitas Tugas yang berada di PT. Kebun Pantai Raja Pekanbaru dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode kuantitatif adalah menekankan analisisnya pada data numerik (angka) yang diolah dengan metode statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Kebun Pantai Raja Pekanbaru pada tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 300 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu pendekatan pengambilan sampel dengan berdasarkan pertimbangan peneliti dan mempunyai sangkut paut dengan karakter populasi. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja sebagai tata usaha dan karyawan yang bekerja sebagai mandor, maka didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskripsi, validitas dan reabilitas data, asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi dangan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25 2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan Kompleksitas Tugas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara simultan atau secara bersamaan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Kompleksitas Tugas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.The purpose of this study was conducted to test whether the Accounting Information System and Task Complexity in PT. The quantitative method is to emphasize its analysis on numerical data (numbers) that are processed by statistical methods. The population in this study were all employees working at PT. Kebun Pantai Raja Pekanbaru in 2020, amounting to 300 people. Sampling uses a purposive sampling method that is a sampling approach based on the consideration of researchers and has a bearing on the character of the population. The criteria used in this sample are employees who work as administrators and employees who work as foremen, the number of samples is 57 people. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, validity and reliability of data, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients and coefficient of determination using the SPSS 25 2020 application. The results of this study indicate that partially Accounting Information Systems significantly influence Employee Performance. While the complexity of the task has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously or simultaneously Accounting Information Systems and Task Complexity significantly influence Employee Performance
