97 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang “Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan dan Karakteristik Kewirausahaan Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Sei Sikambing B”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang membahas tentang hubungan antara dua variabel. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengamatan (observation) dan menyebarkan kusioner. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan sampling jenuh sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah 50 UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa; 1.) Secara parsial variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Sei Sikambing B. 2.) Secara parsial variabel karakteristik kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Sei Sikambing B. This study aims to find out about "The Influence of Entrepreneurship Knowledge and Characteristics of Entrepreneurship on the Success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sei Sikambing B Village". This type of research is associative research, namely research that discusses the relationship between two variables. The data collection method in this study was carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires. The technique used in this study uses non-probability sampling with saturated sampling so that the sample used is 50 SMEs. Based on the research results, it can be seen that; 1.) Partially variable entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sei Sikambing B Village. 2.) Partially variable entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive and significant impact on the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sei Sikambing Village B
