Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengujian korelasi product moment. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah konflik peran dan kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang dan sampel penelitian juga berjumlah 35 orang karyawan Wanita di PT Fast Company Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert.
