Disisi lain, penerapan peraturan tersebut juga diharapkan dapat menjamin terpeliharanya tta tertib dan kelancaran pelaksanaan tugas serta dapat mendorong Pegawai negeri Sipil untuk lebih produktif berdasarkan system karier dan system prestasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie. Sampel penelitian digunakan proporsional random sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan proporsional dan acak sebanyak 39 orang. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan teknik analisa data yaitu metode deskriptif, yaitu suatu metode dimana data yang diperoleh disusun kemudian diinterpretasikan sehingga memberikan keterangan terhadap permasalahan yang diteliti dengan menggunakan tabel tunggal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Kerja Pegawai dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie pada umumnya sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh pegawai kantor tersebut sesuai dengan peraturan-peraturan yang telah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan maka diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie dalam kategori yang baik, hal ini dilihat dari kumulatif Jawaban Responden tentang implementasi disiplin kinerja pegawai negeri sipil. Dengan demikian implementasi disiplin kerja pegawai negeri sipil Badan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pidie sudah berjalan dengan semaksimal mungkin dan sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Based on the results of research and discussion that is done then it is known that the implementation of the working discipline officer at the Office of the Secretariat of the area of Pidie in the category of good, it is seen from the cumulative Answers of respondents regarding the implementation of disciplinary performance of civil servants.
