The Effect of Financial Performance and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Prices of Companies in the Textile Industry Subsector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2020 Period

72 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja keuangan dan debt to equity ratio dapat mempengaruhi harga saham pada perusahaan dalam subsektor industri tekstil yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini diperoleh dari website www.idx.co.id dan situs perusahaan masing-masing. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 21 perusahaan tekstil yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dengan metode purposive sampling pada perusahaan industri tekstil yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu sebanyak 6 perusahaan dengan periode penelitian selama 8 tahun, maka sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 48 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan menggunakan pengukuran debt to asset ratio (DAR) sebesar 0,7079 > 0,05 artinya DAR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan debt to equity ratio (DER) sebesar 0,0001 < 0,05 artinya DER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,551490. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Harga Saham dipengaruhi oleh variabel Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) sebesar 55,14%. Dan sisanya 44,86% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine whether financial perfomance, and debt to equity ratio can affect stock prices in companies in the tekstile industry sub-sector that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of research is quantitative research. This research was obtained from the website www.idx.co.id and the websites of their respective companies. The population used in this study were 21 textile companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling method at the textile industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 6 companies with a research period of 8 years, so the sample used in this study was 48 samples. The results of this study indicate that financial perfomance using a Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) measurement of 0.7079 > 0.05 means that DAR has no significant effect on Stock Prices, while the debt to equity ratio (DER) of 0.0001 < 0.05 means DER has a significant effect on Stock Prices. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.551490. So it can be concluded that the Stock Price variable is influenced by the Debt To Asser Ratio (DAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) variables of 55.14%. And the remaining 44.86% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
