Differences in Work Stress in terms of Work Shift Employees of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Medan

100 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Stres Kerja Ditinjau Dari Shift Kerja Karyawan PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Medan. Adapun jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 133 orang karyawan PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Medan per shift dalam satu minggu. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Guttman. Skala stres kerja disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek stres kerja menurut Behr dan Newman (dalam, Luthans, 2005) yaitu: Aspek Fisik, Aspek Psikis, dan Aspek Perilaku. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari Analisis varian 1 jalur, diketahui terdapat perbedaan stres kerja ditinjau dari shift kerja. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien perbedaan dengan koefisien F = 189.9818 dengan p < 0,010. Berdasarkan hasil ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan yang berbunyi ada perbedaan Stres Kerja ditinjau dari Shift Kerja, dinyatakan diterima. Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan Stres Kerja tergolong sedang dengan nilai rata-rata empirik sebesar 15.488 dan nilai hipotetik 17.500. Stres kerja pada shift malam tergolong tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata empiric 20.578, stres kerja sore tergolong sedang dengan nilai rata-rata empiric 14.841. Selanjutnya stres kerja pagi tergolong sangat rendah dengan nilai rata-rata empiric 10.931. This study aims to determine the differences in work stress in terms of work shifts of employees of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Medan. The number of samples in this study amounted to 133 employees of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Medan per shift in one week. Sampling using total sampling technique. The method of data collection in this study used the Guttman scale. The work stress scale is based on aspects of work stress according to Behr and Newman (in, Luthans, 2005), namely: Physical Aspects, Psychological Aspects, and Behavioral Aspects. Based on the results of the calculation of the 1-way analysis of variance, it is known that there are differences in work stress in terms of work shifts. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference with a coefficient of F = 189.9818 with p < 0.010. Based on these results, it means that the proposed hypothesis which reads that there is a difference in work stress in terms of work shifts is accepted. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that overall work stress is classified as moderate with an empirical average value of 15,488 and a hypothetical value of 17,500. Work stress on the night shift is high with an empirical average value of 20,578, afternoon work stress is classified as moderate with an empirical average value of 14,841.
