107 HalamanPenelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan komitmen organisasi. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan negatif antara stress kerja dengan komitmen organisasi guru.
