Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif . Populasi penelitian ini customer yang datang ke You Nine Café Medan terhitung pada bulan Oktober, November dan Desember 2020. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik tpurposive sampling. Yaitu 82 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji analisis data, asumasi klasik dan hipotesis.
