Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Memotivasi Mahasiswa Menjadi Entrepreneur Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Medan Area

The purpose of this research is; First, to analyze the influence of self-motivation to student's desire to become entrepreneur; secondly, to analyze the influence of motivation of student's risk tolerance to student's desire to become entrepreneur; third, to analyze the influence of motivation to feel freedom in working towards student's desire to become entrepreneur. The results of this study show; Based on testing with SPSS obtained the test results of the influence of self success to desire to be entrepreneurs showed a value of 3.813 t with a probability of 0.000. The significance value is less than 0.050. This means that self-efficacy has a positive influence that is significant to the student's desire to become an entrepreneur. This means that there is influence of self-efficacy against student's desire to become an entrepreneur. Based on testing SPSS obtained test results influence the risk tolerance of the desire to be entrepreneur shows niali t of 3.282 with probability of 0.002. The significance value is less than 0.050. This means that risk tolerance has a significant positive effect on the student's desire to become an entrepreneur. This means that there is a risk tolerance effect on the student's desire to become an entrepreneur. Based on testing with SPSS obtained the test results of the influence of freedom in work against the desire to become entrepreneurs showed a value of 3.964 t with a probability of 0.000. The significance value is less than 0.050. This means that freedom of work has a significant positive effect on the student's desire to become an entrepreneur. This means that there is an influence of freedom in working against the desire of students to become an entrepreneur.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah; pertama, untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi keberhasilan diri terhadap keinginan mahasiswa untuk menjadi entrepreneur,kedua, untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi toleransi akan resiko soerang mahasiswa terhadap keinginan mahasiswa untuk menjadi entrepreneur,ketiga, untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi merasakan kebebasan dalam bekerja terhadap keinginan mahasiswa untuk menjadi entrepreneur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan; Berdasarkan pengujian dengan SPSS diperoleh hasil pengujian pengaruh keberhasilan diri terhadap keinginan menjadi entrepreneur menunjukkan nilai t sebesar 3,813 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikansi tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,050. Hal ini berarti bahwa keberhasilan diri memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikansi terhadap keinginan mahasiswa untuk menjadi seorang entrepreneur. Hal ini berarti bahwa ada pengaruh keberhasilan diri terhadap keinginan mahasiswa untuk menjadi seorang entrepreneur. Berdasarkan pengujian SPSS diperoleh hasil pengujian pengaruh Toleransi akan resiko terhadap keinginan menjadi entrepreneur menunjukkan niali t sebesar 3,282 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,002. Nilai signifikansi tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,050. Hal ini berarti bahwa toleransi akan risiko memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keinginan mahasiswa untuk menjadi seorang entrepreneur. Hal ini berarti bahwa ada pengaruh toleransi akan resiko terhadap keinginan mahasiswa untuk menjadi seorang entrepreneur. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan SPSS diperoleh hasil pengujian pengaruh kebebasan dalam bekerja terhadap keinginan menjadi entrepreneur menunjukkan nilai t sebesar 3,964 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikansi tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,050. Hal ini berarti bahwa kebebasan dalam bekerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keinginan mahasiswa untuk menjadi seorang entrepreneur. Hal ini berarti bahwa ada pengaruh kebebasan dalam bekerja terhadap keinginan mahasiswa untuk menjadi seorang entrepreneur
