The Influence of Implementation of Government Accounting Standards and Human Resource Competence on the Quality of Financial Reports at the Inspectorate of North Sumatra Province

95 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi standar akuntansi pemerintahan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada Inspektorat Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Inspektorat provinsi sumatera utara dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 38 responden yang terdiri dari bagian keuangan dan bagian auditor dengan menggunakan teknik sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial implementasi standar akuntansi pemerintahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada Inspektorat Provinsi Sumatera Utara sedangkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada Inspektorat Provinsi Sumatera Utara. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of government accounting standards and the competence of human resources on the quality of financial reports at the Inspektorat of North Sumatra Province. This type of research used is associative. The population of this study were all employees of the Inspektorat of North Sumatra province with a total sample of 38 respondents consisting of the finance department and the auditor section using sampling techniques. The data collection technique in this study was to use a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the implementation of government accounting standards has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports at the Inspektorat of North Sumatra Province while human resource competence has a negative and significant effect on the quality of financial reports at the Inspektorat of North Sumatra Province
