Income Analysis and Feasibility of Beef Cattle Farming Case Study Enggal Mukti Farmer Group Sampali Village Percut Sei Tuan District Deli Serdang Regency

76 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha peternakan sapi potong yang ada di Kelompok Tani Enggal Mukti Desa Sampali Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret sampai April 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara metode sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, sampel yang digunakan adalah 15 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para peternak sapi yang ada di Kelompok Tani Enggal Mukti. Analisis data yang digunaka dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis pendapatan dan kelayakan, pada analisis kelayakan di gunakan dua alat uji yaitu R/C Ratio dan BEP (break Even Point). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pendapatan yang diperoleh peternak sapi dalam satu tahun yaitu sebesar Rp 17.030.896. Analisis kelayakan menggunakan Net Revenue Cost Ratio (Net R/C Ratio) yaitu nilai R/C lebih dari satu (R/C > 1 atau 1,01 > 1), titik impas harga berada pada harga Rp. 1.434.890,36/ekor sapi dan titik impas produksi berada pada jumlah 90 ekor/tahun. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka usaha ternak sapi di Kelompok Tani Enggal Mukti layak untuk dijalankan. This study aims to determine the income and feasibility of beef cattle farming in the Enggal Mukti Farmers Group, Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research was conducted from March to April 2020. This study used the sampling method by means of the census method. This research uses census method, the sample used is 15 respondents. The sample in this study were cattle breeders in the Enggal Mukti Farmer Group. The data analysis used in this study is the income and feasibility analysis. In the feasibility analysis, two test tools are used, namely the R / C Ratio and BEP (Break Even Point). Based on the research results, the income obtained by cattle breeders in one year is IDR 17,030,896. The feasibility analysis uses the Net Revenue Cost Ratio (Net R / C Ratio), namely the R / C value of more than one (R / C> 1 or 1.01> 1), the break-even point is at the price of Rp. 1,434,890.36 / head of cattle and the breakeven point of production is 90 heads / year.
