Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode analisis korelasi product moment, diketahui bahwa tedapat hubungan signifikan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan prestasi kerja. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi berarti hasil ini mengartikan bahwa semakin tinggi iklim organisais maka semakin tinggi pula prestasi kerja. Sebaliknya semakin rendah iklim organisasi maka semakin rendah pula prestasi kerja.
