147 HalamanPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk melihat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian perkantoran PTPN III Rantauprapat. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian perkantoran PTPN III Rantauprapat baik secara simultan ataupun secara parsial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 orang dari populasi 105 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan total sampling.
