110 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan komitmen organisasi dengan disiplin kerja pada pegawai di PDAM Tirta Lihou kabupaten simalungun. Disiplin kerja adalah proses dari serangkaian tingkah laku yang merupakan tindakan manajemen untuk mendorong para anggota organisasi untuk bersikap menghormati , menghargai, patuh dan taat terhadap peraturan yang berlaku dalam organisasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasi. Penelitian pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model skala komitmen organisasi dan skala disiplin.
