Effectiveness of Annual Village Fund Utilization in Supporting Development in Nasreuhe Village, Salang District, Simeulue Regency

89 HalamanDana Desa Nasreuhe Kabupaten Simeulue selama ini yang lebih banyak difokuskan dalam bentuk fisik pada dasarnya melalui sebuah proses perencanaan yang matang disertai dengan partisipasi masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemanfaatan dana desa 2019 dalam pembangunan Desa Nasreuhe Kecamatan Salang Kabupaten Simeulue; 2) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat dana desa agar efektif dalam pembangunan Desa Nasreuhe Kecamatan Salang Kabupaten Simeulue. Teori efektivitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori efektivitas menurut Sondang P. Siagian Penelitian ini termasuk dalam tipe penelitian deskritif kualitatif. Tipe Penelitian ini berusaha mendeskripsikan gambaran yang senyatanya dari fenomena yang terjadi pada pemanfaatan dana desa. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada bulan November sampai dengan bulan Desember 2020 di Kantor Desa Nasreuhe, Kecamatan Salang, Kabupaten Simeulue, Provinsi Aceh. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari segi pemanfaatan untuk masyarakat desa sebagai sasaran dari segi pelaksanaan kegiatan-kegiatan pembangunan sudah efektif dengan melihat hasil wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan peneliti selama penelitan dan pelaksanaan program-program pembangunan di Desa Nasreuhe dalam efektivitas pemanfaatan Dana Desa tahun 2019 dalam menunjang pembangunan Desa Nasreuhe sudah cukup dirasakan secara langsung oleh masyarakat sehingga dapat meningkatkan pembangunan dan kesejahtraan masyarakat. So far, the Nasreuhe Village Fund in Simeulue Regency, which has focused more on the physical form, basically goes through a careful planning process accompanied by the participation of the surrounding community. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the effectiveness of the use of 2019 village funds in the development of Nasreuhe Village, Salang District, Simeulue Regency; 2) To find out the inhibiting factors for village funds to be effective in the development of Nasreuhe Village, Salang District, Simeulue Regency. The theory of effectiveness used in this study is the theory of effectiveness according to Sondang P. Siagian. This research belongs to the type of qualitative descriptive research. This type of research seeks to describe the actual picture of the phenomena that occur in the utilization of village funds. This research will be carried out from November to December 2020 at the Nasreuhe Village Office, Salang District, Simeulue Regency, Aceh Province. The results of this study indicate that in terms of utilization for village communities as targets in terms of implementing development activities, it has been effective by looking at the results of interviews and observations made by researchers during research and implementation of development programs in Nasreuhe Village in the effectiveness of using the Village Fund in 2019 In supporting the development of Nasreuhe Village, it has been felt directly by the community so that it can improve development and welfare of the community
