102 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi pada guru disekolah perguruan taman siswa diski. Pendekatan peneliian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 orang guru sehingga peneliti melakukan tenik total sampling. Pengambilan data yang dilakukan menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja serta skala komitmen organisasi.Uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach yang menghasilkan indeks reliabilitas sebesar 0,963 untuk skala kepuasan kerja dan 0,936 untuk skala komitmen organisasi.
