Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) Subsidi adalah pinjaman yang diberikan oleh bank dan merupakan bagian dari program pemerintah. Subsidi akan tergantung pada tingkat kredit atau uang muka. Rumusan masalah dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana Prosedur Hukum terhadap perjanjian jual-beli rumah secara Kredit Kepemilikan Rumah (KPR) di PERUM PERUMNAS dan bagaimana bentuk penyelesaian, apabila terjadinya wanprestasi terhadap perjanjian jual-beli rumah secara kredit kepemilikan rumah (KPR) di PERUM PERUMNAS.Metode penelitian hukum yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di PERUM PERUMNAS MARTUBUNG PERUM-PERUMNAS MEDAN (GRIYA MARTUBUNG) Jalan Tuar Raya No. 03 Griya Martubung, (20252) Medan. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data tersebut dikumpulkan dengan metode studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisa secara kualitatif. Sifat Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah sifat penelitian secara deskriptif analisis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis yang dilakukan adalah Prosedur Hukum terhadap perjanjian jual-beli rumah secara Kredit Kepemilikan Rumah (KPR) di PERUM PERUMNAS yaitu dilakukan dengan cara melihat keabsahan dari sebuah perjanjian jual beli (AJB), mensyurvei bersih sisa hutang kreditur yang eblum mencapai presatasinya dan melihat isi dari sebuah isi dari perjanjianPerjanjian Kredit dan bentuk penyelesaian, apabila terjadinya wanprestasi terhadap kegiatan jual-beli rumah secara kredit kepemilikan rumah (KPR) di PERUM PERUMNAS yaitu melakukan lelang. The legal research method used is normative juridical which is descriptive. The research location was conducted at PERUM PERUMNAS MARTUBUNG PERUM-PERUMNAS MEDAN (GRIYA MARTUBUNG) Jalan Tuar Raya No. 03 Griya Martbung, (20252) Medan. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. The data was collected by the method of literature study and field study. The data that has been collected was analyzed qualitatively.
