This article presents a data processing procedure for the PIG (Pipeline Inspection Gauge) using an adaptive filtering algorithm. A simple model of a vehicle with a magnetic frame and four Hall sensors was created for testing. Data from the Hall sensors will be preliminarily processed before being sent to the data collection and transmitted to the computer where a software program on the C # background will pick data samples in the 1 ms or 0,5 ms time period to process and display the results. In this procedure, an adaptive filtering algorithm is proposed to automatically adjust the filter parameter according to the speed of the magnetic vehicle.
