The Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Its Impact on Social and Economic Community of Rokan Hilir (Perspective of Islamic Business Ethics)

This article discusses the analysis of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its impact on the social and economic conditions of the Rokan Hilir community (Islamic business ethics perspective). Data analysis technique that was used is structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS v.21. The results of the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) show that CSR has an impact on the social conditions of the community in the Rokan Hilir PKS Factory environment; there is a significant influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the economic conditions of the community in the Rokan Hilir PKS Factory environment; and Islamic business ethics perspective in the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), which is from the CSR program implemented by the company, they try to carry out CSR in accordance with the promise and openly, on time, recognize weaknesses and shortcomings, always improve the quality of goods or services continuously and not cheat and lie. The company has a trustful attitude by displaying an attitude of openness, honesty, optimal service, and ihsan (doing the best) in all matters, especially in dealing with community services
