The mathematical model and specialized computer program are developed for territorial inventory and analysis of greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide) in the industry sector. The model is based on Guidelines of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and it takes into account an allocation of the main emission sources. As an example, a territorial cadastre of carbon dioxide emission from the lime production in Zakarpattia region is constructed on the base of statistical data. Emission processes analysis is conducted for elementary areas 2x2 km in size. Key words: greenhouse gases, industry sector, mathematical model, computer program, emission cadastre, lirne production, Zakarpattia region
