Dysmenorrhea is a menstrual disease that causes physical discomfort and can interfere with daily activities. Dysmenorrhea often attacks adolescent girls in their productive age. The incidence of dysmenorrhea in the world is more than 50% of women experiencing dysmenorrhea, while in Indonesia it reaches 55% of adolescents experiencing dysmenorrhea. The results of the preliminary study showed that from 20 female students there were 11 (55%) who experienced dysmenorrhea and 9 people (45%) did not experience dysmenorrhea.
