Developing Tourism in Ancient Village of Phuoc Tich Towards Sustainability

About 40km north of the center of Hue city, the ancient village of Phuoc Tich is a small village located next to the river O Lau, Phong Hoa commune, Phong Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province. This is the ancient village whose tourism potential is very large and it is the second village of Vietnam to be ranked Historical cultural heritage at national level. Since it was recognized as a historical and cultural relic at national level, it has attracted an increasing number of tourists and researchers and has gained initial considerable achievements. However, the development of tourism in this still has many weaknesses and economic efficiency is not high. On the basis of analyzing the current tourism development here in recent years, the article proposes a number of measures to develop tourism in this ancient village towards sustainability and more efficientl
