Competitiveness of Main Agricultural Products in Kon Tum Province

The articles focuses on evaluating the competitiveness of Kon Tum's main agricultural products. The research uses Michael Porter's Diamond Model and adapts it into OECD elements combined with a competitive image-scoring matrix. Sample size has 50 observations per agricultural product. Participants include management staff of processing enterprises, Center for Agricultural Development, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Kon Tum province,and local Co-operatives. The results show that rice, maize, sugarcane, rubber, coffee have low competitiveness; cassava, cold vegetables, medicinal plants have average competitiveness. Agricultural products with strong competitiveness will be the basis for being developed into major agricultural products that have advantages for the province
