The topic of this paper is “Impact of social media on small and medium businesses”. To better understand the influence of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on social media, we undertook this study. Floating questionnaires were used to gather primary data for this study. Samples of 66 questionnaires were distributed to small and medium-sized firms (SMEs) which use social media as a marketing strategy. Social media has a substantial influence on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), according to the study findings.
