Synthesizing the Social exchange theory with workplace ostracism literature, we propose a research model to better understand how workplace ostracism effects employee's outcome by focusing on moderating effect of political skills. Workplace ostracism perceived the process of exclusion and rejection in the workplace, affects academic faculty in Pakistan so it has attracted the consideration of many researchers in recent years.
