Comparative Analysis of Collective Respiratory Protection Means and Promising Directions of Development

The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of tactical and technical characteristics of samples of domestic and the best leading countries in the world of filter ventilation equipment and units used to ensure the collective protection of people in combat. The experience of modern military conflicts, anti-terrorist operation and Joint Forces operation in the east of the country shows that with careful preparation of the operation (battle, hostilities), mass destruction of infrastructure, namely nuclear energy and chemical industry, as a rule, it leads to unjustified losses among servicemen and civilians. Providing collective protection under such conditions becomes possible due to the shelter of people in closed storage facilities, which ensure the viability of which use filter ventilation equipment and units. On the basis of the obtained results the perspective directions of development of means of this type are substantiated
