Background: Since progesterone alone does not seem to be enough for luteal phase support (LPS), especially in frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles, so gonadotropinreleasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) is suggested as an adjuvant therapy in combination with progesterone for LPS.
