In recent years, the number of electric vehicles has grown significantly. Charging electric vehicles in housing cooperative parking spaces that are not designed for such electrical loads might cause overload and damage the electrical system. The purpose of this thesis is to create a load management algorithm that allows car owners to charge and heat their cars in the best way possible while ensuring the safety of the electrical system. The research was carried out as a case study where the created load management algorithm was tested in simulations. Prioritization rules were created to ensure customer satisfaction.
