This research is motivated by researcher interest about how to manage human resource management on improving the quality of education at SMP IT Az-Zahra Demak which of 9 years or as relatively new, was able to achieve the second highest National Examination score at the district of Demak. Based on that point certainly one of the successes of human resources at SMP IT Az-Zahra Demak in organizing the learning process at school.
