MANAJEMEN KADERISASI DALAM PENINGKATAN KUALITAS SENI BACA AL-QUR’AN PADA ANGGOTA DIVISI TILAWAH UKM JQH AL-MIZAN UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA PERIODE 2020

Based on its documentation and track record, Tilawah Division of UKM JQH al-Mizan often results in achievements achieved by members, especially in the Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ) both at the regional and national levels. However, unlike previous periods, the 2020 Tilawah Division is faced with a pandemic that requires all activities to be converted to virtual. Therefore, this study aims to determine the cadreization management process in improving the quality of the art of reciting the Qur'an for members of the Tilawah Division of UKM JQH al-Mizan for the 2020 period. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The technique of determining the research subject used by the researcher is a purposive sampling technique. The research subjects selected were: the General Chairman, Coordinator, and the Cadreization Section of the Tilawah Division with a total of 4 informants to find out a comprehensive picture of the organization and management of cadreization and the art of reciting the Qur'an. In conducting this study, the researcher used a source triangulation technique by matching and comparing the data or information obtained from the four informants as the main source. The data that has been collected is then analyzed by transcribing the results of the interviews, coding, grouping by theme, and presenting in a descriptive narrative. The results of the study found that the members' cadreization of the Tilawah Division of UKM JQH al-Mizan was carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, actuating, and monitoring. Then the cadreization process is carried out through various work programs that support the improvement of the art of reciting the Qur'an such as routine exercises, class division, Haflah of Tilawah, and Tilawah Roadshow. In addition, there are several members who have won MTQ competitions both at regional and national levels and are able to be distributed as recitation teachers in the internal scope of UKM and in various places outside the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta campus
