Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months is very important for both mother and baby. The number of mothers who exclusively breastfeed their babies is still low (<80%). Medan Sunggal Puskesmas, Medan Sunggal Subdistrict, has a low achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in 2018 at 49.3% and decreased in 2019, namely 45.6%. Many factors influence exclusive breastfeeding, namely predisposing factors, enabling factors and reinforing factors.
