Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem struktury a optoelektrických vlastností MoS2 ve skelné a krystalické fázi. Pozornost je také věnována možnosti zabudování deponovaného stříbra do struktury MoS2. Teoretická část se zabývá možnostmi přípravy a výroby tenkých vrstev chalkogenidů přechodných kovů se zaměřením na MoS2. Popsány jsou známé vlastnosti dichalkogenidů přechodných kovů, zejména ty strukturní, optoelektrické a mechanické. Experimentální část je zaměřena na studium elektrické odporu tenkých vrstev MoS2 v různých fázích v rozmezí teplot 20 C-300 C a jejich struktury měřených rentgenovou difrakcí.
