[EN] The "Garrofó Valencià" or “Garrofó” (Phaseolus lunatus L.) is one of the best-known Valencian agricultural products. Recently, there has been an increase in the demand for this Valencian bean, characterized by its quality, but also by its morphological diversity. In this work, a characterization for nutritional quality components of a collection of 31 Valencian entries of "Garrofó" is carried out. This collection includes a diversity of types in terms of growth habit, as well as grain pigmentation (‘Cella’ type, ‘Cella amb punts’, ‘Cella reduïda’, ‘Pintat’ and ‘Ull de Perdiu’).
