Modélisation, optimisation et simulation des réseaux de distribution d'électricité

The objective of the planning and the management of the electric distribution networks is to deliver electricity from dispatch networks to consumers, while ensuring a good level of quality, safety and with the lowest cost. The best strategy of management can be seen as the solution of an optimization problem, where we look to minimize a merit function representing an economic or technoeconomic objective, under certain physical constraints of the network. Several network description scales are possible depending on the desired objective (impact of storage, minimization of line losses, minimization of the cost of purchasing energy, use of renewable energies, etc). In this thesis, we propose two scales of description of the distribution network: the macroscopic scale where the spatiality of the network is not considered and the microscopic scale which describes realistically the topology of the network. For the macroscopic scale, we describe and study two distribution models including energy storage, each of them correspond to a given economic situation. The aim of these models is to study the impact of the use of the energy storage on the economy of the network. We then propose a sliding window type algorithm which allows to reduce the computational time, with the objective of making real time simulations. For the microscopic scale, we study a problem known in the literature as the "AC Optimal Power Flow". This problem is non-convex and therefore it is very difficult to solve. We propose a convex relaxation of this problem after writting it in a matrix form. We prove two results concerning the conditions, under which this relaxation can be exactLa planification et la gestion des réseaux de distribution d'électricité a pour objectif l'acheminement de l'électricité depuis le réseau de répartition jusqu'aux consommateurs, tout en garantissant un bon niveau de qualité, de sécurité et un coût le plus bas possible. La meilleure stratégie de gestion peut alors être vue comme la solution d'un problème d'optimisation, où l'on cherche à minimiser une fonction représentant un objectif économique ou technoéconomique, sous certaines contraintes physiques du réseau. Plusieurs échelles de description du réseau sont possibles selon l'objectif souhaité (impact du stockage, minimisation des pertes en ligne, minimisation du coût d'achat d'énergie, utilisation des énergies renouvelables, etc). Dans cette thèse, on propose deux échelles de description du réseau de distribution : l'échelle macroscopique où la spatialité du réseau n'est pas considérée et l'échelle microscopique qui décrit de manière réaliste la topologie du réseau. Pour l'échelle macroscopique, on étudie deux modèles de distribution incluant le stockage d'énergie, correspondant chacun à une situation économique donnée. Le but de ces modèles est d'étudier l'impact de l'utilisation du stockage d'énergie sur l'économie du réseau. On propose ensuite un algorithme de type fenêtre glissante permettant de réduire le temps de calcul, avec pour objectif de faire des simulations en temps réel. Pour l'échelle microscopique, on étudie un problème connu dans la littérature sous le nom de "AC-Optimal Power Flow". Ce problème est non-convexe et donc très difficile à résoudre. On propose une relaxation convexe de ce problème après l'avoir écrit sous forme matricielle. On démontre deux résultats portant sur les conditions pour que cette relaxation soit exact
