This paper forms part of 'Perspectives on Classics', a special issue of the Council of University Classics Departments Bulletin which brings together a range of contributors, including students and teachers at various stages of their careers in both schools and universities, alongside museums, each to take a particular angle on the relationship between Classics and the modern world, and the future direction(s) of the field. In it I offer an overview of the development of the Classical Studies undergraduate degree programme at the University of Lincoln since its launch in 2018
