In Spring 2022, a group of faculty and administrators came together to host a pilot Student Research Symposium, and the library was invited to participate in the planning process. The conference proceedings were published via the TAMU-CC Repository. Digital copies of all posters and presentation materials were also added to the Repository. Due to ongoing research and other concerns, in addition to an embargo option, students were given the option to make their work available only to authenticated campus users. Students were also able to choose a Creative Commons License for their work or choose traditional copyright.
