I pazienti con disturbi dell’umore (DU) manifestano sintomi cognitivi residuali, anche quando la risposta al trattamento far-macologico è considerata adeguata. In questo studio si è valutata la prevalenza delle disfunzioni cognitive e la presenza di differenze nellagravità di tale sintomatologia (esaminata sia con metodi soggettivi che oggettivi) tra pazienti in remissione e quelli con episodio depressivoin atto.
